This 4-week program is designed for founders who want to understand how marketing works before hiring or outsourcing. Depending on your package, you get access to brand strategy, monthly content planning, graphic design, professional content shoots, reels production, short-form video editing, copywriting, community management, paid ads management, website management, lead generation systems, and more. Packages range from KES 49,000 to KES 149,000 monthly.
We help businesses hire pre-vetted marketing professionals through a 6-step structured process: (1) We understand your hiring needs, (2) We send pre-vetted CVs and portfolios, (3) You pay a 50% deposit to proceed, (4) We conduct practical skill assessments, (5) Final interviews happen on your end, (6) Balance paid upon offer letter signing. Fee is 50% of the candidate's gross monthly salary — one-time.
